Between Heights is the neighborhood north of Adams Avenue between Texas Street and Hwy 805.

The Burlingame Club was organized in 1913 with a stated mission to 'promote social fellowship among the residents of Burlingame and to stimulate the spirit of civic improvement'. It is the oldest, continuously active women's philanthropic organization in the city of San Diego. In recent years charitable efforts, such as the monies raised by the Burlingame Home Tour, have supported contributions of food, clothing, household items and cash to community organizations focusing on women and children in need, as well as educational and environmental causes in the North Park area of San Diego. Additional donations are always welcome.

Burlingame Manor/Knolls is the neighborhood bounded by Nutmeg Street on the north, 32nd on the west, Juniper Street on the south and Felton Street on the east

Carmel Heights is the neighborhood bounded by ----- on the north, ---- on the south, ---- on the west and ---- on the east.

Hamilton Row is a 21-unit detached townhome community located on Lincoln Avenue and Hamilton Street at the northeast corner of that intersection.

The 3900 and 4000 Blocks of Hamilton Street are the two blocks just north of University Avenue.

La Boheme includes addresses at 3957 30th Street and at 3950 Ohio Street, all within La Boheme Condominiums.

Mississippi Street South is the neighborhood on Mississippi Street between University Avenue and Upas Street.
